i9 Sports - West/Southwest Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Office Manager – Youth Sports Operations to lead office and weekend program support. You will juggle multiple priorities, respond to families, coordinate rosters and schedules, and ensure facilities and staff are ready for weekend programs.

The role emphasizes organized operations, strong communication, and the ability to keep programs running smoothly while delivering a high-quality i9 Sports experience for families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated leadership, management, or operations experience.
• Experience in office management, operations, customer service, program management, or leadership is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of emails and phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the i9 Sports office and support staff.
• Handle high volumes of customer emails and phone calls with professional responses.
• Assist with building leagues, camps, and clinics; maintain rosters, schedules, and program information.
• Coordinate weekend operations, venue partners, and staff readiness.
• Train and onboard part-time staff; ensure brand standards and safety.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and facility relations; assist with events.
