i9 Sports is seeking a Program Director to work with the franchise owner to help kids succeed in life through sports. This full-time role manages day-to-day operations, marketing, coach recruitment, and game-day oversight to ensure brand standards.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and solve problems.
• Aware of and able to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied work schedule, including some nights and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in the creation and execution of a business marketing plan.
• Manage and supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches.
• Serve as a lead for all league-wide communications.
• Develop rosters, schedules, and programming for various sports.
• Oversee the daily operations of youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
