Job summary

The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation in San Francisco is seeking a Manager, Programs Operations to own the CRM, event platform, vendor relationships, and automations that support Lean In's programs and partnerships.

You will set governance standards, report to the VP of Programs, and collaborate with the SVP of Operations and Product; handle volunteer reimbursements, member support, and swag fulfillment while scaling processes for impact.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in operations, revenue operations, or systems-focused program roles with clear CRM ownership.
• HubSpot admin-level expertise (or comparable CRM experience with deep HubSpot) and reporting.
• Proven ownership of data integrity end-to-end with reliable reporting.
• Strong project management: multi-workstream planning and on-time delivery.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and AI-powered workflows.
• Ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep commitment to gender equity and Lean In's mission.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM infrastructure and governance standards across Programs and Partnerships.
• Own HubSpot end-to-end as system of record — architecture, data model, and administration.
• Own partnerships pipeline infrastructure: deal stages, properties, and reporting.
• Design onboarding, engagement, and retention workflows for all three audiences.
• Build dashboards and reports giving leadership real-time program visibility.
• Oversee events infrastructure: Zoom, registration, attendance tracking, follow-up automations.
• Automate and scale processes with AI, and improve them over time.
