Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting international exchange, leadership development, or donor-funded programs.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meetings, and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned program workstreams from planning through closeout with timely, accurate delivery.
• Coordinate participant onboarding, host engagement, events, MEL, and reporting.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor records in line with donor requirements.
