• Experience with addiction recovery is not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents with staff team.
• Develop courses based on holistic healing (physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual) and addiction recovery.
• Teach and lead group sessions for all residents.
• Distribute medications as directed and prepared by qualified staff.
• Drive residents to/from appointments as needed.
• Provide a Christ-like presence and demonstrate a living Christian faith.
