Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in mental health related field required.
• 2-3 years’ experience as a clinician; supervisory experience required.
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist required.

Responsibilities

• Provides case consultation, direction and leadership within the team.
• Ensures clients receive services that are focused on presenting problems and clients’ request for treatment.
• Directs crisis intervention efforts and intervenes as required.
• Monitors client meetings, admission, continued stay and discharge criteria.
• Oversees hiring, training, and performance management of staff within the program.
• Facilitates team meetings.
• Ensures documentation is completed timely and in line with standards.
• Acts as primary point person for program and provides backup or on-call coverage.
