(CHR) Community Health Resources, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention Services in Middletown, CT.

This full-time role leads a multidisciplinary mobile crisis team, oversees crisis intake, and coordinates clinical services with partners such as schools, hospitals, and community providers. You will supervise Master’s-level clinicians, provide hands-on clinical direction, and ensure quality care and compliance across the program.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in mental health related field required.
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a clinician. Clinical supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides case consultation, direction and leadership within the team.
• Directs crisis intervention efforts and intervenes as required.
• Oversees hiring, training, and performance management of staff within the program.
• Ensures client, program and agency documentation and reports are completed in a timely manner.
