Job summary

Emergent Campus in Florence, Colorado seeks a highly organized, execution-focused Program Manager to coordinate workforce, entrepreneurship, and innovation programming across Southern Colorado. This full-time, 1099 independent contractor role requires about 40 hours per week and in-person presence at the Florence headquarters.

The Program Manager will work with the Regional Operations Manager to coordinate and grant deliverables, track outcomes, and ensure programs are effectively implemented

Qualifications

• Experience in program management or project management.
• Experience in workforce development or nonprofit programming.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, partners and priorities.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing grant-funded programs and deliverables.
• Ability to travel across Southern Colorado and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of workforce development, entrepreneurship, education, and innovation initiatives.
• Manage grant deliverables, track milestones and outcomes, and ensure timely reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, educational institutions, and community partners.
• Provide participant support and connect resources across programs.
• Monitor program quality and drive continuous improvement across regions.
• Prepare data, narratives, and reports for grant documentation and leadership review.
