N Street Village, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for the MMVC at its flagship Washington, DC site.

This role leads workforce development, education, and employment services designed for women experiencing homelessness, ensuring trauma-informed, person-centered programming and strong outcomes. The position emphasizes partnership building, staff supervision, grant compliance, and continuous quality improvement to advance economic mobility and access to education, healthcare, and career

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, Workforce Development, Education, Social Work, Public Health, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience in workforce development, education, and supervisory roles is expected.
• Knowledge of DC workforce systems, benefits programs, grant-funded programming, and employer engagement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MMVC program development, staffing, and performance.
• Supervise staff, interns, and volunteers with regular quality assurance.
• Support client employment, benefits navigation, and literacy services.
• Manage data, outcomes reporting, and grant compliance.
• Build employer partnerships and education pathways aligned with labor markets.
