Job summary

Mayvin, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a global IT support program for the U.S. Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS).

The ideal candidate will oversee DoD enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity, staffing, subcontractors, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and dispersed technical teams; a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance is required. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, data science, information systems, information technology, software engineering or related field.
• PMP certification.
• Minimum 12 years DoD program or task-order management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous refinement of the Task Order Management Plan.
• Direct organizational structure, staffing, recruitment, retention, and performance.
• Establish governance and management processes across the program.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and alignment with objectives.
• Monitor cost, schedule, quality, risk, and full PWS/QASP compliance.
• Drive transitions, staffing ramp ups, and continuity of operations.
