Job summary

Augustine Consulting Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams supporting ARTRANS under a U.S. Army Transportation Command program. The role requires active Secret clearance, deep experience in military hardware/software projects, and strong stakeholder coordination on complex government initiatives.

The position is full-time at Scott Air Force Base with a comprehensive benefits package and a contingent award timeline dependent on contract progress and government actions.

Qualifications

• US Government security clearance required; proof of U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in management and supervision of military hardware/software development.
• Minimum 5 years in systems analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage program portfolios from initiation to closure.
• Communicate program performance to senior military and civilian leaders.
• Oversee Transition-In through IOC and FOC, including overlap period.
• Prepare and submit Monthly Status Reports covering milestones and actions.
• Organize and coordinate planning and implementation of contract support activities.
