Job summary

Akaasa Technologies in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of web and digital projects within a government/enterprise setting. You will lead a major website relaunch and CMS migration, coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and governance processes.

You will track schedules, RAID logs, and milestones, provide executive updates, and ensure quality through requirements gathering and scoping with technical and business SMEs. Prior government exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple web/website projects simultaneously.

• Support vendor SOWs, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and responsibilities.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and action items.
• Escalate critical issues and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Monitor project readiness and support website launches and migrations.
• Coordinate stakeholders across government and enterprise environments.
• Support website relaunch and CMS migration initiatives.

The flagship initiative will involve a major website relaunch and CMS migration, requiring strong program leadership, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and project governance experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple web/website projects simultaneously
• Maintain RAID logs, schedules, milestones, dashboards, and status reports
• Provide executive-level updates to leadership
• Gather requirements and define project scope with technical and business SMEs
• Support vendor SOWs, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and responsibilities
