Program Manager, Weapon System Integration (WSI)

Overview

V2X is growing! We are seeking a Program Manager to support our Modernization & Sustainment division, specifically within the Weapon Systems Integration (WSI) team in Indianapolis. The Program Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team, enhance technical program execution, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the program's scope, schedule, costs, and technical performance.
2. Provide leadership and technical direction for program execution.
3. Chair Configuration Control Boards and participate in Engineering Review Boards.
4. Lead Program Management Reviews and coordinate with customers and subcontractors.
5. Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
6. Prepare and deliver status briefings and technical meetings.
7. Manage Earned Value and Estimates at Complete (EAC).
8. Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities.
9. Act as the primary contact for customers, fostering trust and growth opportunities.
10. Coordinate across functions including contracts, finance, engineering, and manufacturing.
11. Address issues and escalate risks appropriately.
12. Lead technical collaborations and delegate tasks effectively.
13. Monitor program financial and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including in Manufacturing, Repair, and Operations (MRO).
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with program management practices, including scheduling, EVMS, and risk management.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DoD programs and acquisition processes.
• Background in aerospace/defense programs.
• STEM degree or related experience.
• Proposal development experience.
• Master’s degree or higher is a plus.
