Job summary

Vw International, Inc. seeks a seasoned facilities operations leader to oversee hospital housekeeping and regulated medical waste collection at a multi-building VA campus in Salt Lake City.

You will manage large, multi-shift teams and ensure compliance with contract requirements. Preferred candidates hold a business/management degree and have government contracting or PM experience, with on-call availability 24/7.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience, including 3 years in general housekeeping and 2 years in hospital housekeeping.
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7 via telephone or pager.
• Experience managing large multi-shift teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
• Government contracting program or project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial oversight of hospital housekeeping and RMW collection across a multi-building medical campus.
• Support Department of Veterans Affairs operations at George E. Wahlen Medical Center Campus in Salt Lake City.

What You'll Do

Provide managerial oversight ofcomplete hospital housekeeping, general housekeeping, and Regulated Medical Waste (RMW) collection for a multi-building medical campus in support of our customer, the Department of Veteran Affairs, at George E. Wahlen Medical Center Campus: 500 S. Foothill Blvd.Salt Lake City, UT 84148.

What You'll Have

5 years' experience, which includes at least 3 years' managing general housekeepingand 2 years of specific hospital housekeeping experience.

Available, via telephone or pager, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Experience managing large multi-shift teams.

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred

Government contracting Program or Project Management experience preferred.
