B4Corp in McLean, VA seeks a Program Manager to oversee complex IT programs with TS/SCI clearance and a polygraph. The role offers core hours from 9am to 4pm and a salary capped at $225,000 per year.

This position is based in McLean, VA. The successful candidate coordinates between design, engineering, and product stakeholders, leads QA for technical documentation, and drives adoption initiatives across product teams while applying both agile and waterfall management practices.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with polygraph required.
• Experience coordinating between design, engineering, and product stakeholders.
• Experience managing QA for technical documentation (usage guidelines, API docs, migration guides, changelogs, user support materials).
• Experience driving adoption initiatives across product teams.
• Experience managing design system or component library projects.
• Experience with project management responsibilities, waterfall and agile, including leading software development teams.
• Experience implementing industry best practices and accessibility standards in agile environments.
• Experience proposing UX/UI improvements to reduce O&M, improve quality and speed of delivery.
• Experience analyzing/documenting web-based applications, databases, and APIs to guide future development.
• Experience managing user support processes (triage, escalation, knowledge base).
• Experience developing IT support docs (SOPs, digital IT workflows, IT knowledge base, deployment checklists, security plans).
