Qualifications

• BA/BS plus 15 years relevant experience, or MA/MS with 10 years, or PhD with 6 years.
• At least 6 years in a similar size/complexity role.
• Proven ability to manage cost, performance, schedule, risk and manpower.
• Certifications: PMP; PMI-CPMAI preferred; DoW/IC/Air Force experience desired.
• Travel up to 10% locally

Responsibilities

• Provides management and oversight of all contractor and subcontractor activities.
• Directs administration, quality control, and leadership for all personnel.
• Maintains PMP documents and provides a draft for government approval.
• Develops and maintains a comprehensive Risk Management Plan.
• Facilitates government- contractor communications and tracks requirements.
