Job summary

Sentar, an employee-owned company in Linthicum Heights, MD, is seeking a Program Manager to lead all contractor activities under the PWS, oversee subcontractors, and facilitate government communications. The PM will apply industry-standard practices to track requirements and ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Candidates should have TS/SCI eligibility, recent experience managing complex programs, and the ability to make decisive decisions for the contractor's organization.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI eligible (clearance)
• Experience managing large, complex programs within the last 10 years
• Experience overseeing manpower and labor category planning
• Experience in financial and performance monitoring of contracts

Responsibilities

• Oversee all contractor activities and subcontractors under the PWS.
• Facilitate Government and Contractor communications and track/document requirements.
• Ensure task execution aligns with the PWS and assist Government with financial processes.
