Gemini Industries Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to support DoD DC3 Enterprise Management and Resources Directorate. The role entails managing contractor and subcontractor activities, delivering PMP documents, and maintaining a Risk Management Plan within the overall program plan.

Qualifications

BA/BS plus 15 years relevant experience, or MA/MS and 10 years relevant experience, or PhD plus 6 years relevant experience.
At least 6 years of work-related experience at similar size/complexity.
Experience managing cost, performance, schedule, risk management, and manpower, financial, and performance monitoring.
Proven experience utilizing key performance metrics to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provides management and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor personnel, including any subcontractors.
Provides management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership to all Contractor personnel and sub-Contractor personnel.
Develops, implements, and maintains a comprehensive Risk Management Plan as part of the PMP.
Notifies ER and XE Directors or COR of any technical, personnel, or general managerial problem encountered during PoP.
