TITLE: Program Manager, Trust & Safety
ANTICIPATION DURATION: 4 months
LOCATION: Austin, TX - Hybrid
Scams are a major business driver for Trust & Safety teams. We have several initiatives in place aiming to prevent user harm and protect safe revenue, including cross-functional partnerships and product launches in the financial services space.
The candidate will focus on operational discipline for xPA scams core team initiatives and provide support for tracking, reporting, OKR planning, and communications for both xPA Scams and Financial Services.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $51.33 to $66.91/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k, and commuter benefits.
