Job summary

Boston University Clinical and Translational Science Institute (BU CTSI) is hiring three Program Managers to join our Program Manager's Collaborative, a team-based approach to program management that aligns with institutional priorities. The Collaborative supports seven Program Managers across BU CTSI to advance translational science and accelerate dissemination and implementation of research outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in program management or related field.
• 1–3 years of program management experience in academic, healthcare, or research settings.
• Demonstrated experience in communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to adapt messaging.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data handling in Excel.
• Experience with AI/Chat technology and data-driven initiatives.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support for BU CTSI programs across focus areas.
• Coordinate CQI/D&I efforts and cross-team collaboration.
• Provide administrative and grant support for projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with BU CTSI partners, stakeholders, and networks.
• Develop and manage communications and content for programs.
