Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Program Manager to lead the clinical research operations of a multidisciplinary program focused on inflammatory diseases. Qualifications

• 5+ years of research-related experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with clinical or human subjects research.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of multiple clinical research studies in inflammatory and immune‑mediated conditions.
• Collaborate with investigators to design, initiate, and monitor human subjects research protocols and safety plans.
• Supervise, train, and support Clinical Research Coordinators and study staff, including recruitment and data quality.
• Coordinate study startup activities and ensure regulatory and scientific requirements are met.
• Prepare IRB submissions and amendments, and manage related materials.
