Job summary

Located in Boston, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute seeks a Translational Research Project Manager I to oversee GI Oncology translational and biobanking projects, coordinating sample collection and clinical data. The role supports grant applications, progress reports, and regulatory compliance, bridging clinical and lab research.

The position is hybrid with 2–3 days onsite per week in Boston, MA; remote days may be taken from New England states (ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biomedical sciences, public health or related discipline.
• Three years of clinical research or project management experience.
• Experience coordinating meetings and maintaining documentation.
• Academic institution experience with clinical research preferred.
• Regulatory affairs and Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) knowledge preferred.
• Grant writing and regulatory documentation experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate independently under supervision to manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Assist PI with grant applications and progress reports.
• Support regulatory compliance including protocol submissions and amendments.
• Lead and participate in collaborative meetings with researchers.
• Assist in supervising staff involved in project areas.
• Coordinate day-to-day project tasks, schedules, and resources.
