Job summary

Bright Future Foundation in Eagle County seeks a Program Manager to lead the Prevent, Protect, Prevail! project, coordinating data management, program evaluation, and grant reporting while advancing survivor-centered services and crisis response.

The position is full-time (36 hours/week), requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of advocacy or program management experience, plus strong communication abilities and a valid Colorado driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 3 years' survivor-centered advocacy experience.
• Experience in program management including training, public speaking, facilitation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive/commute across the community; own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates administrative activities for Prevent, Protect, Prevail! project.
• Promotes program activities through trainings, forums and outreach.
• Provides crisis intervention, advocacy, and case management to survivors.
• Manages data and compiles reports for grant purposes.
• Assists in volunteer recruitment and training for crisis line response.
• Collaborates with COO and Clinical Supervisor on program evaluation.
