Job summary

Job description

Position Summary: Funded by a grant from the Office of Violence Against Women, the Prevent, Protect, Prevail! Program is a multigenerational approach to disrupting sexual assault in Eagle County. Under the direction of Bright Future Foundation’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Program Manager will support the mission of the organization with the goal of creating exemplary sexual assault survivor services, program excellence, and sustainability for the Prevent, Protect, Prevail! project. The Prevent, Protect, Prevail! project is a multigenerational approach to disrupting sexual assault in Eagle County including community and youth education and prevention as well as crisis services, advocacy and case coordination, and behavioral health for survivors. The Program Manager will serve as the lead for Prevent, Protect, Prevail! project management, data management, program evaluation and grant reporting. Additionally, the Program Manager will attend regular staff meetings, assist with volunteer management, and coordinate the activities of the 24/7 crisis line and advocate response for Sexual Assault Nurse Exams and Forensic Nurse Exams. The Program Manager will work with the advocacy team including serving on the 24/7 crisis line and provide on-call advocate response on a rotating basis. Job description is subject to additional responsibilities as assigned. Position is a full-time (36-hour per week) exempt position.
