Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Supply Chain Operations to lead strategic initiatives across planning, sourcing, quality, transportation and fulfillment. The role requires driving programs to completion, optimizing operations, and aligning with business goals.

This onsite position is based at our Seattle Headquarters, with up to 20% travel. You will collaborate with Retail, eCommerce, Technology, and Consumer Product Development teams to deliver technical and business

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and technical systems integration.
• Experience leading technical projects or working closely with technical teams.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of program initiatives, encompassing both technical and business aspects, to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Ensure scope of work and requirements are appropriately identified, developed, and aligned across functions such as Planning, Sourcing, Quality, Transportation, and Fulfillment.
• Positively impact revenue through value analysis and engineering, cost optimization, and throughput efficiency improvement.
• Drive commercialization work and ensure end-to-end visibility of product readiness from development through delivery to distribution centers.
• Work with team members across departments such as Retail, eCommerce, Technology, and Consumer Product Development to drive initiatives and address operational challenges.
• Lead projects that require a deep understanding of both technical systems and business processes, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
• Identify, develop, and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, increase visibility, and enable decision-making.
• Develop and communicate program roadmaps, status, risks, and mitigation plans at team and executive level.
• Travel up to 20% depending on business needs.
