Brief Overview of Position:

Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking candidates for a Program Manager Subject Matter Expert (PM SME) role to support a United States Space Force (USSF) client. We focus on delivering innovative operations and solutions through proven successful methods. The ideal applicant is versatile, with a broad background and demonstrated ability to produce quality work. You must be comfortable in a challenging, collaborative, multi-tasking, dynamic, high-tempo, deadline-intensive environment with a flexible work schedule supporting multiple customers.

Description of Duties:

1. Leads a team of experts providing 24x7 Help Desk as a Service, Network Monitoring, Ticket Escalation Integration, Infrastructure Configuration Management, Rollback Support, and Future Studies.
2. Provides program management and staffing resources necessary to plan, manage, direct, control, and report on all activities contributing to contractual requirements.

Education, Experience, and Security Requirements:

1. 8 years of experience in program/project management.
2. Must possess an industry-standard project management certification such as PMI PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable.
3. Must possess any relevant certification to be compliant with DOD Directive 8140.01 and DoD Instruction 8570.01.
4. Must be a U.S. citizen.
5. Must possess a current and valid TS/SCI (eligible for SAP/SAR) security clearance.
6. The primary place of performance is located within Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB), California.
