• Provide crisis de-escalation to support placement stability.
• Ensure unit compliance with ACS, OCFS and 29i standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health team to ensure 29i compliance.
• Contribute to department and agency-wide policies and system-wide advocacy.
