Job summary

The Children’s Village is seeking a Program Manager for Sociotherapy Services in New York, NY. The role oversees two Sociotherapy Units, ensuring high-quality therapeutic interventions and crisis de-escalation to support placement stability.

Lead the unit to comply with ACS, OCFS and 29i standards, drive productivity, and collaborate with Behavioral Health to meet 29i requirements. You will shape policies and advocate for children with the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Social Worker in New York required; LCSW preferred.
• 4–6 years social work practice with at least 3 years supervisory experience.
• Strong administrative and managerial experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two Sociotherapy Units to ensure quality services and therapeutic interventions.
• Ensure compliance with ACS, OCFS, 29i standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health to ensure 29i compliance and unit productivity.
• Contribute to department and agency policies and advocate for children.
