The Children’s Village in New York, NY seeks a Program Manager for Sociotherapy Services to oversee two units, ensuring thoughtful therapeutic interventions and crisis de-escalation to support placement stability.

Lead with ACS/OCFS and 29i regulatory compliance, collaborate with the Behavioral Health team, and contribute to agency-wide policies while advancing system-wide advocacy for children.

Formación

• MSW licensed in NY; LCSW preferred.
• 4–6 years social work practice with 3+ years supervisory.
• Strong admin and managerial experience in Child Welfare.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee 2 Sociotherapy Units and ensure quality services.
• Ensure unit compliance with ACS, OCFS and 29i standards.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health to ensure 29i compliance.
• Contribute to department and agency policies and advocacy.
