Qualifications

• Eye for regulatory compliance with NYS standards.
• Must have clinical and administrative leadership experience.
• Experience in substance use/mental health treatment settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership and oversee clinical operations at the program.
• Ensure quality and safety of clinical services; monitor outcomes.
• Provide supervision to program staff and conduct performance appraisals.
• Develop and deploy policy/procedure; ensure compliance with codes of conduct and confidentiality.
