Job summary

St. Joseph Center (SJC) is seeking a Program Manager to supervise program staff and oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of quality care in line with the Office of Diversion and Re-entry (ODR) requirements and SJC's mission.

You will develop and implement administrative policies, coordinate with public safety and community partners, and work with clinical staff to supervise services while maintaining compliance with laws and program standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience providing mental health and substance use services in a community setting with homeless or at-risk populations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field; LMFT or LCSW licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and revise administrative policies and procedures in keeping with program requirements in collaboration with the Director.
• Oversee service delivery and consult with the Director regarding quality control issues to maintain high standards of services.
• Coordinate development of cooperative relationships with public safety officers and community partners.
• Collaborate with clinical support staff to provide comprehensive supervision of staff.
• Provide assessment, crisis intervention, mental health, and case management services to a small caseload of consumers.
• Participate in after-hours on-call system.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with SJC policies and applicable laws.
