Job summary

St. Joseph Center in Venice, CA seeks a Program Manager to supervise program staff and oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of quality care in accordance with OD R standards and the Center's mission.

You will develop policies, coordinate with public safety and community partners, supervise staff, and provide assessment, crisis intervention, mental health, and case management to a small caseload. After-hours on-call duties are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supervisory/management role.
• Experience providing mental health and substance use services to homeless or at-risk populations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• LMFT or LCSW license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and revise administrative policies and procedures in collaboration with the Director.
• Oversee service delivery and coordinate with the Director on quality control issues.
• Build cooperative relationships with public safety officers and community partners.
• Collaborate with clinical support staff for supervision of staff.
• Provide assessment, crisis intervention, mental health, and case management to a small caseload.
• Participate in after-hours on-call system.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities per SJC policies and laws.
