indie Semiconductor is recruiting a Program Manager with a strong background in semiconductor or embedded systems to drive next-generation radar systems from concept through production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across architecture, RTL, verification, and manufacturing, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in semiconductors, ASIC/SoC, or embedded systems development.
Strong understanding of chip development flows and silicon lifecycle.
Excellent communication with engineering and executive stakeholders.
Familiarity with automotive standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex chip development programs from concept to production.
Lead cross-functional teams across architecture, RTL design, verification, physical design, validation, test, packaging, and manufacturing.
Interface between engineering, operations, external partners, management, and customers for alignment.
Manage end-to-end silicon lifecycle milestones: architecture, design, tape-out, bring-up, qualification, ramp-up.
Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across disciplines with mitigation strategies.
Drive program transparency via reviews, dashboards, and status reporting of risks and KPIs.
Ensure readiness across design sign-off, validation strategy, and manufacturing, and improve processes.
