Job summary

MatrixSpace is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Hardware Systems to drive planning and execution across radar and RF hardware development teams. You will own the unified hardware execution plan, bringing product requirements, milestones, prototypes, builds, qualification, production readiness, and customer commitments together.

You will lead through influence in a matrixed organization, surface conflicts early, and drive follow-through to deliver complex hardware programs from concept

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing complex hardware development programs.
• Strong understanding of hardware product-development lifecycles across radar/RF, electrical, mechanical, embedded systems.
• Experience translating priorities into actionable work plans and milestone reviews.
• Experience coordinating supplier, component, long-lead material, prototype, and manufacturing dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in program formation to test execution assumptions and risks.
• Own and maintain the unified hardware execution plan across Radar/RF teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations and customers to integrate requirements into one plan.
• Translate priorities into clear work packages and establish an efficient planning cadence.
• Validate resource commitments, schedules, dependencies, and risks; surface gaps early.
• Track execution and communicate progress/risks to leadership; drive resolution of issues.
• Lead through influence across a matrixed organization without direct authority.
• Coordinate cross-functional phase-gate reviews from feasibility to production.
