Job summary

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program Manager in St. Inigoes, MD to oversee day-to-day contracting operations and interface with Government program authorities. The role requires Navy supply background and prior supervisory experience to guide project execution.

You will manage material flow, coordinate shipping/receiving activities, and train staff while ensuring compliance with Navy procedures and hazmat handling. On-site work in Maryland is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• MS/MA in business or related field with 10 years of experience; substitutions allowed.
• BS/BA with 14 years or AS/AA with 16 years of experience accepted.
• Minimum four years Navy supply experience with two years supervisory in supply.
• Capable of training subordinates in requisitions, receipt/shipping, inventory and accountability.
• Working knowledge of Navy supply procedures, systems, policies and HAZMAT handling.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and work on-site in St. Inigoes, MD.

Responsibilities

• Manages the business and technical operations for day-to-day contracting effort.
• Serve as primary interface with Government program authorities and representatives.
• Supervises project execution, directs resources, and reports progress.
• Coordinates and expedites flow of material and equipment for shipping and receiving.
• Directs and guides shipping/receiving personnel in handling issues.
