Job summary

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program Manager in Washington, DC to lead a high-visibility CBP Integrated Logistics Division contract. You will provide leadership, direct logistics, maintenance, repair, procurement, and warehouse operations to sustain border security technologies and ensure contract performance.

The role requires eight years of government contracts experience, PMP preferred, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a full Background Investigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship required and eligibility for a full BI.
• Minimum eight years managing government contracts in logistics and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership, direction, and management for CBP ILD contract actions.
• Liaise between the contractor and Government CO, COR, and CBP leadership.
• Organize and oversee logistics, maintenance, repair, procurement, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure cost, schedule, quality, and performance objectives are met across projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams supporting logistics, supply chain, and sustainment.
• Oversee risk management, QA, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Prepare and present program status reports and executive briefings.
