Job summary

The candidate will manage master plans, budgets, and EVM data, using Primavera and NERP, while coordinating with TLs and supporting teams to drive successful program reviews and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Nine years of program management experience on DoD/IT contracts or similar acquisition environments.
• PMP certification required.
• CDFM certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Support Expeditionary and Maritime Systems in scheduling of technology insertion, refresh, life cycle sustainment and system integration activities, including EVMS and IMS.
• Maintain master program plan with detailed schedules, WBS, milestones, and time-phased costs; manage plans using Primavera for EVMS.
• Collect budget and expense data to support EVM analysis from NERP system.
• Prepare briefing materials summarizing content for program reviews and events.
• Maintain multiple project types in NERP (Direct, Overhead, Service Cost Center) and generate NERP reports.

Job description

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager with a Secret Clearance in Panama City, FL. Position Responsibilities:

• Support Expeditionary and Maritime Systems in the scheduling of technology insertion, technology refresh, life cycle sustainment activities, and systems integration activities, including maintenance of an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Update the Program Plan by working with appropriate projects, Task Leaders (TLs) and supporting organizations to maintain the master plan consisting of detailed schedules, work packages, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, and time-phased costs for each work package while managing the Program Plans utilizing Primavera's Project Management software for earned value management.
• Collect required budget and expense data to support EVM analysis including actual labor and non-labor commitments, obligations, and expenses from NERP.
• Prepare briefing material that synopsizes report content for program reviews and other program events
• Maintain multiple types of projects within the NERP systems to include Direct projects, Overhead projects, and Service Cost Center projects while maintaining the ability to execute NERP reports for each. Position Requirements:
• Nine years' program management experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or similar Information Technology (IT) contracts and technical aspects of DoD/DoN acquisition policy and regulations.
• Proven experience developing, maintaining and executing program schedules; reviewing program documents and program reviews.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification. Position is located in Panama City. FL.
