The role requires US citizenship, an advanced degree, and 10+ years of PM experience along with a Secret clearance; PMP is desirable. The position is based in the National Capital Region with a competitive salary.

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager in Washington, D.C. Position Description:

• This position works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of the project and performs all functional duties independently.
• This position will oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
• This person will be responsible for all Contractor work performed under this contract and serve as a single POC for the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

Position Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• MA/MS degree in in business management or other relevant field; BA/BS may be considered with additional experience
• PMP certification desired
• 10+ years' Program/Project management experience to include experience with: National Guard Bureau, Joint Assessment System (JTS) Integration, conducting Training Workshops; Joint/Annual Teaming Plan (J/ATP) Process; Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) support; JTS and Joint Training Management System (JTIMS)
• Must have a Secret security clearance. Position is located in the National capital region. The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000
