The Building People is seeking a Program Manager for an upcoming federal program to oversee and coordinate program support activities. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractor personnel.
• Provide onsite supervision and operational oversight of contractor support team.
• Coordinate task assignments and ensure timely delivery of work products.
• Communicate regularly with Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and program office designated leads to align support with program priorities.
• Track performance metrics and submit monthly status reports.
• Assist in conflict resolution and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Support staffing efforts, including onboarding, training, escorting, and performance evaluation of contractor staff.
• Escort visitors, vendors, and non-cleared personnel within controlled or restricted areas, as required.
