Job summary

The Building People is looking for a dedicated individual for project management roles involving enterprise-wide federal projects in Washington, D.C. The candidate will act as the point of contact to Contracting Officers and will manage integrated teams, ensuring successful project execution.

To qualify, candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and possess strong leadership and communication skills. A Secret security clearance is mandatory. Attractive benefits are included.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as single POC to Contracting Officer & COR
• Leads enterprise-wide project delivery and execution
• Develops and advises strategic roadmaps
• Manages integrated SME teams
• Oversees multi-project resource allocation and schedules
• Supports requirements development & management
• Drives operations & maintenance (O&M) for campus complexes

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years managing enterprise-wide federal projects
• Prefer experience with large federal agencies (GSA/DHS preferred)

Core Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Experience managing full-time and part-time resources
• Demonstrated success in federal O&M environments
• Active Secret clearance
