Qualifications

• 8+ years guiding strategy and execution in a Technical L&D program or learning content management role.
• Direct prior experience in a technical field (e.g., software engineering, data science).
• Strong understanding of Technology and Engineering organizations.
• Experience building and curating technical content for an engineering audience.
• Experience with AI as an agent for developer productivity and AI enablement for product development.
• Expertise in instructional design and content design best practices.
• Data-driven approach to evaluating learning experiences.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Google apps, spreadsheets, and presentation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on and develop program strategy for various technical programs with internal SMEs.
• Design, create content, and project manage in-person and virtual learning events.
• Develop and execute program strategies for asynchronous and synchronous learning.
• Build community across the technical organization and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate logistics for learning events and course materials.
• Measure effectiveness of initiatives using data to drive decisions.
• Partner with senior leaders, SMEs, external speakers, and vendors.
• Develop documentation, project plans, and communication plans.
• Create training materials, slide decks, job aids, and digital resources.
