CPCCo Soil and Groundwater Operations is seeking a Program Manager – TPA Management to support the Regulatory Strategy and Integration (RSI) organization. This position will report to the Strategic Planning and Business Services Manager and will lead the integration and coordination of activities associated with the Hanford Federal Facility Agreement and Consent Order (Tri-Party Agreement or TPA), with an emphasis on developing, negotiating, managing, and implementing milestones that support Hanford cleanup priorities. The successful candidate will serve as a key integrator among RSI, CPCCo project organizations, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Washington State Department of Ecology, and other Hanford Site contractors. The position requires the ability to understand complex regulatory and technical issues, identify cross-program dependencies, facilitate development of integrated strategies, and help move diverse organizations toward executable and mutually understood cleanup commitments.

Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
