Abraxas Youth & Family Services is seeking a Program Manager to lead front-line supervisors and oversee a safe, structured residential environment in Brattleboro, VT. You will collaborate with clinical, educational, and operational teams to support treatment planning, staffing, and documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus relevant supervisory experience.
• At least four (4) years in residential/non-residential program operations.
• Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Criminal clearances and health requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of front-line supervisors to maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment.
• Collaborate with clinical, educational, and operational teams to support individualized treatment planning and coordinated program delivery.
• Support staffing coverage, scheduling, and timekeeping practices to ensure compliance and quality care.
• Ensure program operations and documentation meet contractual, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Participate in treatment team discussions and provide guidance related to youth behavior and program needs.
• Support admissions, discharges, and client flow for smooth facility operations.
• Serve as a communication link between front-line supervisors and leadership; reinforce values.
• Model and promote the organization’s mission and guiding principles.
