Qualifications
Strong understanding of ARNG Family Readiness programs and the ARNG structure at the state level.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass an employer background check.
Five years of experience related to staff training, management, family readiness, or human resources.
Responsibilities
Coordinate resources and provide technical support to military managers/supervisors.
Attend conferences regarding training and information from NGB.
Ensure safety, security, comfort, and hygiene standards in classrooms.
Skills
Interpersonal skills and team building
Knowledge of ARNG Family Readiness programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Access)
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
