A healthcare and operational support firm is seeking Reserve Component Transition Assistance Advisors in Washington, DC. This role involves providing essential support to military and veteran families regarding transition services. Candidates need a bachelor's degree and five years of related experience. The position offers an annual salary of $130,000 to $150,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ARNG Family Readiness programs and the ARNG structure at the state level.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass an employer background check.
• Five years of experience related to staff training, management, family readiness, or human resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and provide technical support to military managers/supervisors.
• Attend conferences regarding training and information from NGB.
• Ensure safety, security, comfort, and hygiene standards in classrooms.

Skills

Interpersonal skills and team building

Knowledge of ARNG Family Readiness programs

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Access)

Strong organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
