What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships to ensure program deliverables and identify growth opportunities
- Oversee execution of program deliverables and monitor performance metrics
- Lead and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase program performance and insights
- Provide coaching and strategic guidance to account representatives to achieve performance objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution and support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including sales and account management leadership
- Experience managing remote teams is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and virtual meeting platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Market Access experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing talent
- Ability to travel for field visits and work-related meetings
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical reimbursement and market dynamics
