Job summary

QUANTUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex initiatives across diverse teams. You will drive planning, schedules, and governance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strong stakeholder engagement.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of PM experience, proficiency with MS Project/Primavera/Jira, and a proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams across vendors and internal groups.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managinglarge, complex projectswith multiple, diverse teams.


• 10+ years of experience usingproject management toolssuch asMicrosoft Project, Primavera, and Jira.


• Strong experience developing and maintainingdetailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS).


• Hands‑on experience withPMO methodologies, standards, and documentation.


• Proven expertise inrisk and issue management, milestone tracking, and corrective action planning.


• Experience facilitating meetings, documenting outcomes, and producinginternal and external status reports.


• Demonstrated ability tocoordinate cross‑functional teamsand meet overall project objectives.


• Strongcommunication, presentation, leadership, and negotiationskills.


• Proven record of delivering projectson time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
