Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager in Tallahassee to lead large, complex initiatives with diverse teams across functions and vendors. You will own detailed plans, milestones, and risk registers, steering cross‑functional work toward defined objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing large, complex projects with diverse teams.
• 10+ years of experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Jira.
• Experience developing detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Hands-on experience with PMO methodologies, standards, and documentation.
• Proven expertise in risk and issue management, milestone tracking, and corrective action planning.
• Experience facilitating meetings, documenting outcomes, and producing internal and external status reports.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and meet overall project objectives.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proven record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
