Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in Tallahassee to oversee large, complex projects with diverse teams. You will develop and maintain detailed plans and WBS, ensure PMO standards, manage risks and issues, and drive timely delivery within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and effective negotiation with stakeholders and vendors to achieve project objectives and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing large, complex projects.
• Proficient with PM tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Jira.
• Strong experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and WBS.
• Hands-on experience with PMO methodologies, standards, and documentation.
• Proven expertise in risk and issue management, milestone tracking, and corrective action planning.
• Experience facilitating meetings, documenting outcomes, and producing internal and external status reports.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and meet overall project objectives.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proven record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
