The Temple University Harrisburg Campus Project Manager will oversee a grant-funded Healthy Teen Relationships Program across Dauphin County, PA. You will work with adolescents and community partners to deliver evidence-based practices with fidelity, and assist cohorts to complete cycles.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in human services or public health, with strong coordination, reporting, and data management skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of directly related experience working with adolescents.
• Experience in human services, public health, or health-related project management; evidence-based training and fidelity.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Mansioni

• Oversee implementation and operation of a grant-funded Healthy Teen Relationships Program.
• Collaborate with adolescents and community partners to deliver EBPs with fidelity.
• Manage day-to-day administration, implementation, operations and maintenance of the project.
• Coordinate with campus staff and external teams to meet deliverables and reporting.
