Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading complex, high-visibility business or technology implementation projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and execute strategic technology implementation projects with customers and internal leaders.
• Translate business objectives into actionable project plans with clear deliverables and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional programs from initiation to deployment and closeout.
• Manage stakeholder communication, governance, and change management strategies.
• Develop charters, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Facilitate steering committee and executive governance meetings.
• Monitor risks and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive analytics and continuous improvement using KPIs and data insights.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
